Your enquiry shall be processed pursuant to Federal Law No. 59-FZ "On Procedures for Considering Enquiries from Citizens of the Russian Federation", dated May 2, 2006.

Please note that your enquiry shall not be processed in the following cases:

• the fields marked with an asterisk (*) have not been filled in (p. 1 of Art. 11 of Federal Law No. 59-FZ);

• the enquiry contains obscene or offensive language, threats to life, health, and property of officials (p. 3 of Art. 11 of Federal Law No. 59-FZ);

• the enquiry contains a question to which the applicant has already been provided with written substantive answers in response to the previously sent enquiries, with another enquiry including no new information whatsoever (p. 5 of Art. 11 of Federal Law No. 59-FZ);

• a substantive answer to the question cannot be provided without disclosing state or legally protected secrets (p. 6 of Art. 11 of Federal Law No. 59-FZ).

We draw your attention to the inadmissibility of abuse of the right to appeal to state bodies and the legal responsibility in this area of public relations. If the enquiry contains knowingly fraudulent information, expenses incurred during its consideration may be reimbursed by the applicant (p. 2 of Art. 16 of Federal Law No. 59-FZ).
