UlSPU swimming pool

Welcome to the “Burevestnik“ swimming pool!

The UlSPU swimming pool “Burevestnik“ is located in the very center of Ulyanovsk, on Plastov Boulevard, near the UlSPU dormitory. The nearest public transport stop is "Hotel ‘Venets’".

The new pool was built using modern technologies: a metal bowl with a depth of 1.2 to 1.8 meters, the latest water purification and heating system (that is, an ozonation system without the use of chlorine). The pool has got 6 swim lanes, 25 meters each, the water temperature is 28-29 degrees, which is comfortable even for small children. There are showers and changing rooms with individual lockers. The pool can accommodate up to 60 people at a time.  For the convenience of visitors, there is a car park near the building.

One-time visits as well as subscriptions for 5, 10, 12 and an unlimited number of visits are available. There are discounts for pensioners, people with disabilities, families with many children, combatants, children under 7 years old, schoolchildren, as well as students, postgraduates and the staff of UlSPU.

To attend the pool, you will need:

• Identity document

• Medical certificate authorizing swimming

• Swimming costume / Swimming trunks

• Swimming cap

• Towel

• Flip-flops

• Soap or shower gel, shower accessories
  

The UlSPU swimming pool works on a daily basis from 7.15 to 21.30. Remember that during the summer holidays there are fewer visitors, so there is an opportunity to swim comfortably at any time which is convenient for you.

To teachers and staff of UlSPU

You can attend the pool for free on weekdays from 7.15 a,m. to 8.00 a.m. You must have a certificate from the University Personnel Department with you.
