Documents Required for Applying. Recognition of Foreign Education

To apply to the university, a foreign citizen or stateless person shall prepare the following documents:

1. a copy of the passport/ID;

2. copies of the visa and migration card (if you are in the Russian Federation at the time of documents submission);

3. a copy of documents on education or qualifications (certificates, diplomas);

4. a copy of the recognition of foreign education certificate and (or) foreign qualifications (if available; if not, submit during the first year of studies);

No legalization of documents on education is required if:

a) the document on education is subject to a multilateral or bilateral agreement with Russia.

Visit the website https://nic.gov.ruor check with the Russian Embassy in your country for more detailed and up-to-date information.

b) if the document on education has been issued in Russia.

5. a copy of a valid medical report confirming the absence of medical contraindications to studying in the Russian Federation, as well as the absence of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) or AIDS.

6. Four 3x4cm photos.

IMPORTANT! The passport and documents on education shall be translated into Russian and notarized!
